how to pay
Insurance & Self-Pay Therapy
We primarily operate as a self-pay practice, while still accepting select insurance plans for eligible Oregon and some Washington clients. Self-pay, telehealth services are available in Oregon, Washington, Texas, and New York.
Insurance and Self-Pay Options for Online Therapy
Choosing how to pay for therapy is an important part of getting started. We offer secure online therapy for clients in Oregon, Washington, Texas, and New York. Depending on where you live and your insurance coverage, you may have the option to use insurance or pay out of pocket.
Many clients choose self-pay because it offers more flexibility and privacy throughout the therapy process. Others prefer to use their insurance benefits to help manage the cost of care. Both options have advantages, and the right choice depends on your individual needs, goals, and coverage.
Our physical office is located in Beaverton, Oregon. However, services are provided throughout the state of Oregon, Washington, Texas, and New York with use of HIPPA compliant technology.

Insurance
We know insurance coverage is important and can make care more accessible. At this time, due to major changes in the insurance market, we’ve chosen to make our practice a primarily self-pay practice so we can maintain greater flexibility in treatment, protect client privacy, and reduce administrative barriers that can affect care. We are happy to discuss fees and provide documentation you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable. Learn more about self-pay therapy: what it means, benefits, costs, and whether it’s right for you.

Why We Offer Self-Pay
Every person’s path to therapy looks different. We offer self-pay and insurance options to help clients access care in a way that aligns with their needs, preferences, and circumstances.
Self-pay therapy may provide additional flexibility in choosing your care approach, while insurance can make therapy more accessible by helping reduce out-of-pocket costs. Our goal is to help you understand your options and find the approach that works best for you.
