UPDATED CANCELLATION/NO SHOW AND PAYMENT POLICY

Your appointment with us is very important and we reserve the time just for you. please remember that you are investing in yourself, and you are important.

NON-OHP CLIENTS: Failure to cancel your virtual appointment 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $100.00 charge and $200.00 charge for failure to cancel an in-person session prior to 24hrs before your appointment.

NON-OHP CLIENTS: Clients will be considered a no show after 15mins, and a $100.00 charge will be assessed for virtual appointments and $200.00 for in person Appointments.

There will be a $30.00 charge for all payments that are more than 45 days late AND an additional $30.00 for every 30 days thereafter.

Non-OHP CLIENTS: Failure to pay, may result in termination of services. If services are terminated due to frequent cancelations, non-payment, we will provide you with a list of other providers that you may contact to continue your care.

ALL CLIENTS: Frequent cancelations and/or no shows (2 within a 30-day period) may result in termination of services. If services are terminated due to frequent cancelations, we will provide you with a list of other providers that you may contact to continue your care.
